Build an Investor Pitch Deck Online
A pitch deck should make a business understandable and give the audience a useful next question. Start with a pitch deck template, then replace assumptions with evidence you can support.

What Goes into a Pitch Deck
Use this eleven-slide structure as a guide, then adapt it to the stage and purpose of the conversation. Every slide should earn its place.
1. The company in one sentence
Name the customer, problem, and result. Make the idea understandable before adding market context.
2. The customer problem
Describe a specific situation and its consequences. Use observations or interviews with their real scope.
3. The current alternative
Explain how customers solve the problem today, including manual workarounds and doing nothing.
4. The solution
Show the shortest useful product workflow and the outcome it creates.
5. Why now
Explain a relevant change in customer behavior, technology, or access. Support the claim instead of relying on a trend label.
6. The starting market
Define the first segment you can reach. State the method and assumptions behind any market estimate.
7. The business model
Explain who pays, what they receive, and the major delivery costs. Label proposed pricing as a hypothesis when it is untested.
8. Evidence and traction
Show verified usage, revenue, retention, or research. Include the period and denominator, and keep missing data visible.
9. The route to customers
Describe a practical acquisition approach and the next experiment that will test it.
10. The team and execution plan
Connect experience to the work ahead. Name capability gaps and the milestones the team can deliver.
11. The request
Ask for a clear next action, partnership, or investment. Tie the request to a specific outcome and review point.
Pitch Deck Templates You Can Edit Online
Choose Startup, Investor, or Sales Proposal templates for the main conversation. Partnership and general pitch templates offer other starting points, with original content you can adapt.
Pitch Deck Examples
The library uses planning examples rather than fabricated success stories. An early startup can explain its next demand test; a sales team can propose a scoped pilot; a partnership deck can define a limited shared experiment.
How to Make a Pitch Deck
Write the argument before polishing the slides. Use the preview to check the flow, then rehearse the explanation with someone who has not seen it before.
How it works
- 01
Start with a direction
Open a blank deck, choose a template, or describe a topic for AI.
- 02
Make the content yours
Edit the words, replace examples, and arrange the objects on each slide.
- 03
Check the complete deck
Present the slides and review the order, readability, and supporting evidence.
- 04
Present or export
Choose a presentation, file export, or sharing option. Review the exported copy before distributing it.
Good questions.
Straight answers.
How many slides should a pitch deck have?+
The eleven-slide outline above is a useful starting structure, not a rule for every meeting. Keep only the material needed for the audience and the requested decision.
What if I do not have revenue or traction yet?+
Do not invent it. Explain the research or experiments you have completed, what they show, and what remains uncertain. Separate observed evidence from forecasts.
Are pitch templates and exports free?+
Yes. Pitch templates, editing, and exports are free in this release. New AI requests still use the displayed daily allowance.
Can I come back to my work?+
Keep your resume link for a saved deck. It allows editing on another device, so treat it as an editing key. Use the separate read-only sharing link when you only want someone to view or copy a deck.
