Presentation Tools for the Next Step

Choose a PPT tool for the result you need. Keep an original copy, use the appropriate presentation workflow, and review the output before sharing it.

THE USEFUL LITTLE EXTRAS

Your presentation, one step further.

Convert a Presentation

Create a PDF for static review or prepare a compatible PPTX for import into Google Slides. Choose the destination based on what your recipient needs to do.

Make an Existing File More Useful

Compare local compression settings, attempt a damaged-file repair, or translate editable text into an available language. Each tool shows its own progress and result.

Create Instead of Convert

Use the free presentation maker to start a new deck from a blank slide or a useful template. A new deck can be simpler than repairing an unsuitable structure.

A FEW SIMPLE STEPS

How it works

  1. 01

    Choose the intended result

Decide whether you need a static PDF, a Google-compatible file, a smaller deck, recovered content, or translated text.

  2. 02

    Use the matching tool

Open a tool below and review its settings and allowance.

  3. 03

    Inspect the output

Open the result and check the content before distributing it.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What is free?+

Editing, templates, presentation, and exports are free without a watermark. AI and new file-processing tasks have daily allowances shown before you use them. There is no paid plan in this release.

How long are files kept?+

File tools process presentation files on your device. Temporary results clear one hour after generation, when you remove them, or when you close the page. Translation sends extracted text to the AI service; the presentation file stays on your device. Saved editing drafts are kept separately until you delete them.

Should I check the result before sharing it?+

Yes. Open the exported file in the application your audience uses. Check all pages, fonts, charts, and media, especially when the original contains complex formatting or unsupported objects.
